Nicely written. Thanks!

Made me really think of how we all are victims of some kind of trauma.

If only there was a way to discover the trauma in each person before embarking on a friendship or relationship with them… how different will they turn out? How different will our day-to-day be?

Happy you liked it. Thanks.

Hmmm that’s a deep one. We could call it a “Traumometer”. Even though I don’t think it will end up being as helpful as it is intended to be.

"It is worthy of note that trauma should not be defined by the nature of the event but the impact it had on a person."❤️💡

I have alot of things to say. I don't even know where to start but for now, Thank you for communicating effectively. It was such an interesting read.

Sorry about your heartbreak from your one day relationship.🙊🫂

Oohh I had to go back to see whose quote that was?😅 Thanks for pointing that out, and glad you enjoyed it.

Should I hold my breath for the “a lot of things” you have to say?

It really got me thinking 🤔

So one way or the other we all have a trauma which must have had an impact on our lives 😑

Yes, indeed.

But a good takeaway from this is that we can decide how it affects and influences our lives. We are not completely helpless. And the first step to taking back our power, is by identifying those things that make us feel “that’s the way I am”, and dig a bit deeper, to ask: WHY?
